Our vacation packages have been designed to give you flexibility on what to do in each city, while we take care of the hard work of choosing accommodations and transportation. We tend to pick hotels where we’ve personally stayed and can vouch for. Nothing beats first-hand experience, right? Multiple factors go into our selections: Is the location central and near public transit, so you can get to your experiences as quickly as possible? Is the price reasonable? Are the rooms clean, modern, and livable? Are the amenities comfortable and comprehensive? Are the staff nice? How can we get the best price for the client? Can I change the hotels chosen? In each of our packages, we offer a select set of hotels which we’ve either personally stayed at or can strongly vouch for. We strongly stand by our word that you’ll have a good experience by going with our vacation package, so you’re more than welcome to change among the hotels in our collection, but we can’t guarantee the same with another hotel. Our vacation packages are specifically curated with quality, value, convenience, and comfort as our foremost considerations. We ultimately look at the big picture, designed around your budget while making sure your total travel experience is as best as possible. (For example, we disqualify any hotels which have poor ratings or where we wouldn’t want our families to stay.) Then, we set the prices as reasonably as we can. As long as we can offer a lower price without compromising on the quality of service brought to you, we offer it. We make every effort to offer the best price before choosing these hotels and offering you a quote. If you look up your hotel room’s price, chances are you could see a different rate from what we quoted. It’s common to see a wide range of prices online, sometimes for what appears to be the same hotel or room. Differences often come down to flexibility, booking terms, room categories, or who is responsible if changes are needed later. Our hotel rates reflect the overall bundled experience you’re getting – this may include a better refund policy, no need to pay upfront, a better room or room upgrade at check-in, added perks, and most importantly, our backing and support throughout the whole trip. Since we’re already offering a full package, individual components can no longer be quantified on their own if the package is deconstructed. Consequently, it is not possible for us to offer price matching for vacation packages. Can I choose to self-book parts of the itinerary? Our vacation packages are most effective when our travel advisors handle the trip end-to-end. It’s what allows us to monitor changes, step in during disruptions, and make sure everything works together smoothly. When parts are self-booked, that support naturally becomes more limited, and we won’t be able to provide you with the experience we promised. Because of that, our vacation packages are fully managed by our expert travel advisors.
